The Last Stand against Gay Rights

The relentless campaign by gay rights groups to win acceptance may have passed the point of no return.

Last week, top military brass testified they are fine with repeal of the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy and now favor homosexuals serving openly in the military.

This is about more than the military. It is also about marriage, adoption and teaching of homosexuality as normal, even admirable, in government schools.

The scriptures are clear that we should not expect the ungodly to behave in a manner pleasing to God. In Revelation, the Lord tells us to let the unholy continue to be unholy, but that the godly should continue to be godly.

The unsaved are not going to listen to us, because they won't listen to God. We should focus more of our energies and resources building up the real church, Christian schools and ourselves rather than futile efforts to repair people who cannot be fixed through laws and politics. Their only hope is transformation from within.
